How We Ensure Quality Control
We use the most advanced equipment, like X-ray testing machinery, to check our products one by one. Our inspections’ comprehensive test criteria cover product function, performance, overall appearance, and dimensions.
Every wheel goes through strict tests:
- Rotary fatigue test: Simulating centrifugal force at high speeds, it runs 500,000 cycles with no cracks to pass.
- Radial fatigue test: Mimicking constant pressure during loaded driving to ensure no deformation over time.
- Certification test: Includes impact tests and bending tests. All data meets JWL, VIA, and DOT standards.
